Most of the times that customers do not see the order confirmation is because it has been sent to spam folder. Please check your spam folder first. 

The delivery company updates the tracking of the shipment each time your parcel arrives to a scanning point. During this transit If your tracking  number does not update new information in a few days do not worry.

During busy times shipment will not update so often and delays may happen.  

If your tracking has not updated in 7 days, please contact our customer service.

Packages might be delivered to your mail box or signed by your neighbor. We suggest you check in your mail box and with your neighbours first. Or you can check with the shipping company with your tracking number and your name.

You will receive your order between 8-14 working days. (Handling time, Saturday, Sunday or bank holidays are not included)

Please note that delays may happen due to different reasons.

Due to the delays caused by the Covid-19 on the delivery companies in some countries the protection period of your order is 90 days since the purchase, if your order does not arrive before the 90 days period we will send you a full refund. We can not issue any refund before this time ends as most of the orders finally arrive even if the tracking does not update during the transit.

Please allow a few days to receive your QR code. 

Most returns can be processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. Considering 3-5 days for delivery, we may need 10-15 days to confirm your refund.

Here are refund time details: - Paypal 5-8 days  - Card 10-18 days

Please understand that we need to refund to your card bank first within 48 hours. But your card bank may need another several days to transfer the money to your card account.

We can't control the processing speed of your card bank. Please ask the card bank for detailed information.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie, jewelry, and accessories. 

 Items must be unused. 

All item(s) returned to us must be in its original condition in its original packaging and tag still attached (when provided). items should not smell of any washing powder, odour, or perfume. we reserve the right to refuse a return and require the buyer to arrange to have the item returned at the buyer's cost. 

We will offer a full refund for all returnable items.

1. Consignee unavailable

2. Wrong shipping address

3. The parcel is delayed by the shipping company

PayPal orders using an e-check method of payment will appear as pending. E-check payments are not directly linked to your PayPal account. PayPal must go to your bank to request the funds; therefore, it will take longer.

Contact your bank to verify this case or we can help to cancel your order only when the status turned to completed.

If your order has not been shipped out just contact us to cancel your order.
