any additional charges applied by customs have to be paid by the recipient, i'm afraid. boo! we are unfortunately unable to reduce or estimate these charges. customs policies vary widely; we recommend that you contact your local customs office for further information. we don't want you to get a nasty surprise when you pick up your item!

Please note, that during Holiday periods, shipping times may increase significantly, due to system volume.

 If ordering multiple items, you may receive more than one package and/or receive one package before another. 

TRACKING

• All items are shipped with tracking available.
• Please allow 5-7 days for your tracking to show in the courier's tracking system.
